There was a recall issued by Wismettac Asian Foods, Inc. The company has expanded its recall of Shirakiku brand Curvee Puffs Corn Puff Snacks due to undeclared milk, which poses a serious risk to individuals with milk allergies.

Recalled Products:

The recall now includes the following products, all packaged in 2.46 oz flexible bags:

  1. Curvee Puffs Corn Puff Snack Curry Flavor

  2. Curvee Puffs Corn Puff Snack Sea Salt & Umami Flavor

  3. Curvee Puffs Corn Puff Snack Corn Potage Flavor

The UPC codes for these products are located on the back right side of the package. This recall affects all lot codes and date codes for these products.

Distribution:

These products were distributed nationwide across various states through retail stores, restaurants, and online businesses.

Health Risk:

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products. No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this issue.
